You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

New accounts may be subject to admin approval before gaining full access to the platform. Email-registered accounts require email verification before they become active.

3. Acceptable Use

BridgeSpace is a community space for people navigating relocation. You agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
• Share misinformation, spam, or unsolicited promotional content
• Impersonate other users or organisations
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Use the platform to distribute malware or conduct phishing
• Scrape or automated-harvest content or user data without permission
• Post content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post on BridgeSpace. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse user-generated content and are not liable for it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

5. AI Support Feature

The AI Support chat is provided for general emotional support and information purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or crisis services. If you are in crisis or require immediate assistance, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your country.

Conversations with the AI feature are processed by Anthropic's API and subject to their usage policies.

6. Premium Features

BridgeSpace may offer paid subscription tiers with enhanced features. Billing, refunds, and cancellation terms for paid plans will be presented at the time of purchase. Free tier features are provided as-is with no uptime guarantees.

7. Intellectual Property

The BridgeSpace name, logo, design, and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BridgeSpace is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BridgeSpace and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or damage to your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of BridgeSpace after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
